What is included in the tour packages?
Our tour packages typically include accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and specified meals. Specific inclusions vary by package and are detailed in each tour description.
Do I need a visa to visit Ecuador?
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Most visitors can enter Ecuador without a visa for up to 90 days. We recommend checking with your local embassy for the most current requirements.
What is the best time to visit the Galapagos Islands?
The Galapagos Islands can be visited year-round. Each season offers unique wildlife viewing opportunities. June to November is cooler with more active marine life, while December to May is warmer with calmer seas.
How far in advance should I book my tour?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for Galapagos tours which have limited availability. Peak season (June-August and December-January) may require even earlier booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are based on the number of days between the cancellation date and the date of departure: 121 or more days before departure — 25% of the total price; 91 to 120 days — 50%; 31 to 90 days — 75%; 30 days or fewer — 100%. Full terms are in Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
