Santa Cruz and Seymour North island

About this tour

A short, intense Galapagos Islands sampler: 3 days, two islands, and almost no idle time. The itinerary moves between Santa Cruz and Seymour North in a tightly guided format ideal for travelers with limited time. Santa Cruz delivers the headline experiences: the volcano craters in the highlands, the Darwin Research Station, and the giant turtles for which the Galapagos are famous. Local guides cover the basics of micro evolution and biodiversity in just enough depth to make the wildlife meaningful. Seymour North is the second-day highlight — a small but rich island known for its blue-footed boobies and the frigatebirds with their huge red inflatable throats. The hike across Seymour North gives you stunning views, regular bird encounters, and an understanding of how this volcanic ecosystem holds together. Evenings are yours: explore Puerto Ayora at your own pace, walking the harbor or sampling local restaurants. Airport-hotel taxi service is included. After breakfast on day 3, your taxi will return you to the airport.

What our travelers say

We learned a lot

Maren S.

Jonathan was the perfect guide for our walking tour of Old Town Quito. He was knowledgeable about the history and cultural stories, and guided us through the historic churches, La Ronda cobblestone streets, as well as the governmental buildings. We learned a lot!

Highly recommended

We recently spent three days on various tours with Jonathan and can't say enough about how fantastic a tour guide he was. He listened to our preferences and adjusted our tours to more align with what we wished to see and do. He was very professional, flexible, informative, and enjoyable to be around….and a great driver too !! We would highly recommend booking with Jonatan and his company. You will not be disappointed !!
